Property Management Pre-Licensing Training

Our Property Management class is the finest in the State. It covers all the essentials you'll need to know to pass your State exam. You'll learn about managing properties that are single family in size to large corporate office buildings.

The classroom method of delivery is by far superior to online or distance learning opportunities due to the amount of information that is provided.

The State Real Estate Commission requires 40 hours of pre-license education. Our classes are designed to be very interactive, ensuring you the personal attention you deserve. We do require students to have read at least the first four chapters of the textbook prior to class.
There is a minimum of 4 students necessary for a class to be held.

The current cost of the course is $715.50 including tax. This also includes all materials.

We try to offer this course every 3 months depending on enrollment.
