Real Estate Continuing Education Classes
The South Dakota Real Estate Commission requires 24 hours of continuing education every license period (2 years). At least 12 of those hours must be Required Hours. New licenses must complete 60 hours of required training in their first 2 license periods. Call for details.
It's our goal every year to offer a wide variety of both Required and Elective Continuing Education courses on topics such as ethics, agency, mold, foreclosures, shortsales, property management, commercial sales and investing.
We offer courses in a classroom setting as well as distance learning and they range from 3 to 6 hours in length. A typical class costs $36.00 to $87.00 depending on hours and curriculum.
Continuing Ed classes are paid in advance or at the time of the class but we do ask that you contact us to register prior to the time the class is being held.
Always call the School (605-716-6801) prior to a scheduled class to be sure it's still going to go on as planned. We typically require a minimum of 4 students for a class to be held.
